SFSI has experienced more than 20 years of stable development, the corporation has been gradually transformed from traditional residential property management to extension services based on existing business sector, created sectors such as community services, commercial property management service, outsourcing services, park lots management and high-end apartments as new five core services of controlling company. The achievements of objectives and strategic planning must rely on corporation’s employees; all SFSI employees should be in congruence with similar ideologies to put the same plan into action, therefore employees are the uppermost influential factor. SFSI appeared several excellent managers, although every manager has different ways of thinking, narrative style and management methods, there is same quality of these managers, which is to do what they said and responsible for the tasks they received, the quality is the key to their success and achieve their personal values to help SFSI move forward.
 
‘Bear the burden, Keep the promise’ could be interpreted as passion and motivation during the work, possession of ambitious and aggressive mind with courage to arise excellent and feasible targets, promise to work hard for the targets to influence encourage and reunite all employees.
 
These two years have been critical for the advancement and transition of the company; we have been putting forward new development targets and making major adjustments to existing management schemes and business models. For the long-term development of the company, all strategic subsidiaries have been concurrently discovering higher self-demands and reevaluating goals through business developments to the expansion of the industrial chain. We are proud to see that new management pioneers have emerged from this transition, they are bold yet cautious, they are discontent with current achievements, they are constantly creating contemporary strategic planning and developments for the company and are always striving for excellence. However, this vision of a better future belongs to everyone and can only be achieved with the combined efforts from all. Now, we need those pioneers to actively influence others, to encourage and motivate, to discover the power of team work, to create a passionate and cohesive work environment, and to lead us all to strive for success.
 
‘Bear the burden, keep the promise’ describes the type of person committees to their promises and willing to try their best to reach the goal, with possession of the mind that dares to win and willingness to win.
 
There are no shortcuts to the success, you have to make efforts to mobilize all the resource available and explore external resources as well; must overcome upcoming difficulties and responses to different sorts of emergencies, do not give up in such circumstance; needs to act as core heart and key model of the team, should be willing to sacrifice for the team and take more responsibilities for the team, must always remind other team-members to take a proactive approach to their work.
 
‘Bear the burden, keep the promise’ also refers to the courage of taking responsibilities for the incomplete work targets, never hide questions or find excuses to cover delinquency. It is not unusual to see the failure in the process of task completion; however it should not be the factor of affecting work motivations, nor losing the holistic view due to the mistakes made on one step of the cycle.
 
The best solution is to identify the mistakes and work harder to find solutions and reverse the tide or reduce negative effects, should continue the incomplete task or start a new task but not stuck in difficult situation.
A good leader or an excellent group has courage to work overcome the barriers.
 
We need excellent leaders and executioners during the strategic procedures; they should be passionate, insistent, focused and brave to encounter difficulties. Meanwhile they are target-driven with desires to win, directors at different levels and human resources department should all work to explore employees with qualities stated above, dare to select and put them in important positions even though they are at a least important position at the moment, we should give tasks to these employees who are willing to work more than others or willing to achieve targets they have promised, as well as willing to take responsibilities, we should give them opportunities, allow them plan and work earlier, so that they can lead the group or even the corporation to move towards the same target.

The ocean cannot appear without the accumulation of each drop of water.’ (Classic Chinese Poetry) It describes that being ambitious could delight people, while making efforts to take every step is the key success; we hope to create SFSI as a reliable, respectable corporation with professional standards and give positive influences on society, which require our employees to posses the quality of ‘Bear the burden, Keep the promise’ .
